Helping Students Feel More Confident and Successful on Their Learning Journeys

Who We Help

We serve students ages 6 to young adults from all over Kentuckiana, including school districts in Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt, and Shelby counties as well as Southern Indiana.

A learning coach provides homework help in a group session of Homework Club.

Grace Place kids usually feel a bit lost in the classroom and need extra guidance when it comes to schoolwork and studying. They often need to “get up to speed” in school.

We find that in many cases what they really need is more confidence and someone to guide them through learning content.

These kids are not excelling, but they are not necessarily failing either. They typically don’t have behavior issues. They may feel anxious or unconfident about certain subjects.

They need someone to spend time helping them learn how to learn. Someone (other than a parent or caregiver) to believe in and help them. That’s where we come in!
